How do I replace a timing belt on a 24V motor?

- Disconnect the motor from the power supply or switch off the system.

- Unplug the motor plug.

- Loosen the two M6 fastening screws.

- Push the motor with motor flange upwards to release the tension on the toothed belt.

- Remove the toothed belt and insert a new one.

- Push the motor with the motor plate downwards until the toothed belt is slightly tensioned.

- Tighten the two M6 fastening screws.

- Re-insert the motor plug into the motor.

- Switch on the system.
